Blender Pancakes

These are for those mornings where I want pancakes, but I don’t want to work too hard for it. These pancakes are delicious and really easy to make!

Ingredients:

 

1 ripe banana

½ cup rolled oats

3 ½ tbsp. plant milk

1 tsp. Nut butter

Makes about 5 small pancakes

 

  1. Grease and heat skillet.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  3. Pour batter into pan.

  4. Cook for about a minute or until ready to flip.

  5. Flip and cook for about another minute or so.

  6. Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.

  7. Top with fruit and or maple syrup.

  8. Enjoy!
