Veggie Stir-fry with Tofu
Ingredients
· 1 (14 oz) package of Firm Tofu (cut into cubes)
· 1 tbsp sesame oil
· 1 tbsp crushed garlic
· 1 onion (chopped)
· 1 green pepper (chopped)
· 1 red pepper (chopped)
· 1 cup of sliced carrots
· 1 cup of cut green beans
· 2-3 stalks of green onion (chopped)
· 2-4 Thai chilis (optional)
· ½ cup of cilantro (chopped)
· Your favorite Stir Fry Sauce
· Season to taste: Soy Sauce, Chinese Five Spice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt free chicken seasoning, crushed red pepper
Instructions
1. Place tofu in a bowl.
2. Add soy sauce and spices. Mix well.
3. Let Tofu marinate for at least 10 minutes.
4. Remove tofu from bowl and add to air fryer basket. Cook tofu at 370 degrees F for about 15 minutes, checking and shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
5. Once tofu is done, place oil in a heated Wok (or skillet).
6. Add garlic and onion, cook until fragrant
7. Add peppers, carrots, green beans. Cook until desired tenderness.
8. Finish off by adding tofu, sauce, cilantro, and green onions.
9. Stir well, mixing everything together
