ramen
We both grew up on Ramen, but this version is not just veganized, it is jazzed up!
Ingredients
· 4 packets of Spicy Vegan Ramen
· 1 package of Mushrooms chopped
· 1 Green Bell Pepper
· 1 Poblano Pepper chopped
· 1 Red Onion chopped
· 2 Jalapeno Peppers
· 1 tbs of minced Garlic
· 1 tbs of Olive Oil
· 1 package of your favorite vegan Meatless Crumbles
· For serving- Cilantro, Avocado slices, Lime juice
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
3. Add mushrooms, peppers and vegan crumbles and cook well.
4. In a separate pot cook noodles according to package and put seasoning packets aside.
5. Once noodles are cooked, drain water, and add seasoning packets.
6. Combine seasoned noodles with contents of skillet.
7. Enjoy!
