peanut butter chocolate chip protein balls

I like to eat these as a snack and they really satisfy my sweet tooth. Super easy to make and tasty!

Ingredients:

 

 1 cup of rolled oats

 ¼ cup agave

 2 scoops unsweetened vegan protein powder

 1 tbsp. chia seed (can also use help seeds)

 ½ cup nut butter

 ¼ cup of vegan chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life brand)

Splash of water if need to assemble balls

 

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.

  2. Mix well with clean hands.

  3. Once all ingredients are combined well, roll into about 10 balls.

  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes so they set.

  5. Enjoy!
