peanut butter and oatmeal chocolate cookies
his is what happens when you give up on trying to decide what kind of cookie you want to make lol. Why pick one when you can have it all! And this combo came out freakin amazing!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup plant milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup of flour (may need a dash more when rolling dough to keep it from being so sticky)
½ teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup vegan chocolate chips
Yields about 18 cookies
Preheat your over to 425 degrees F.
Grease baking sheet and put it to the side.
Mix peanut butter, oil, sugar, plant milk, and vanilla until smooth. (This will be your base and the PB will be your egg replacer.)
Add flour, baking soda, salt, oats, and chocolate chips to mixture to form dough.
Take spoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls. As noted above, feel free to add a little more flour if dough is too sticky when rolling it into balls. Place balls on baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes.
Let cookies cool.
Enjoy!!!!!!!!
