mean green protein shake
This is made with the first plant-based protein power I actually liked! It has taken me a while to find vegan protein powers I like the taste of (guess I am pick *shrugs*), but this cinnamon vanilla powder from Whole Foods is pretty good and masks the taste of the greens.

Ingredients:
1 scoop of Whole Foods Market Vanilla Cinnamon Plant-Based Fit Protein powder
½ Frozen banana
Handful of Spinach
1 tbsp. of chia seed (could also use hemp seeds)
8 oz of plant milk (I like to use Good Karma brands +Protein Flax Milk)
Add all ingredients to a blender or blender cup.
Blend until smooth.
