Garlic Potato Wedges
Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside…mmmhhhhh, yummy!

Ingredients:
6 large russet potatoes (rinsed clean, and patted dry)
¼ cup avocado oil (or your oil of choice)
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Season To Taste: salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thirds lengthwise. (Be sure to have about the same thickness and size). Place wedges in a large bowl.
In a small bowl combine oil and garlic.
Pour oil and garlic mixture onto wedges coating evenly.
Sprinkle seasonings.
Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on baking sheets skin sides down.
Bake for 35-40 minutes (turning them hallway through baking time) or until golden brown.
