French Toast

Who knew eggless French toast could be so good!

Ingredients

·         1 tbsp ground flax seed

·         1 tsp cinnamon

·         1 cup plant-based milk

·         1 tsp of vanilla extract

·         4-5 thick slices of sturdy bread

·         1 tbsp of coconut oil

·         For Serving: maple syrup, powdered sugar, fruit

Instructions

1.       To a bowl, add flax seed, cinnamon, milk, and vanilla

2.       Mix well

3.       Add oil to a heated skillet

4.       Dip bread into your mixture covering all sides

5.       Place in heated skillet to cook.

6.       Cook for 2-3 minute on each side, until golden brown

7.       Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, or whatever your heart desires.

8.       Enjoy!
