Our favorite way to eat corn!
Ingredients:
· 6 ears of corn
· ½ cup vegan mayo
· ¼ cup melted vegan butter
· Tajin
· ¼ cup of vegan parmesan
· Freshly chopped cilantro
· Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill.
2. Grill corn on indirect heat for 8 minutes.
3. Remove corn from the grill and peel off the husk.
4. You can remove the husk or tie it back.
5. Lightly grease your grill with oil and place corn on direct heat.
6. Grill until lightly charred all over.
7. Brush corn with vegan butter and vegan mayo.
8. Sprinkle corn with Tajin and vegan parmesan.
9. Finish with cilantro and lime.
10. Enjoy!
