cashew sour cream

I’ve been told that its better than the dairy version, but I’ll let you be the judge.

Ingredients:

 

                1 cup or raw cashew (soaked for at least 3 hours)

                ½ - ¾ cup of unsweetened plant mild or water

                1 tsp apple cider vinegar  

                Pinch of salt

 

Note: Will keep in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or blender cup.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
