buffalo chickpea wraps
A quick and easy lunch!
Ingredients:
· 1 (14 oz) can of chickpeas (rise and drained)
· ½ red onion (chopped)
· 2 tbsp vegan mayo
· 1 tbsp Dill relish
· Juice from ½ a lemon
· ¼ cup vegan buffalo sauce
· Season to Taste: garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dill weed
· For wrap: Wrap of choice, Kale greens, Avocado, Tomato, and Onion
Instructions:
1. Add chickpeas to a bowl.
2. Mash chickpeas.
3. Add onion, mayo, relish, lemon juice, and seasoning.
4. Mix well.
5. Add buffalo sauce.
6. Build your wrap.
7. Enjoy!
